THERA Patient Care Coordinators
- Serve as the primary contact for you and your patients once your patients are enrolled in the THERA patient support® program
- Provide patients with a welcome call to review the process and next steps
- Verify insurance coverage and offer reimbursement solutions
- Assist with prior authorization and claim denials/appeals
- Enroll eligible patients in the EGRIFTA WRTM, EGRIFTA SV®, and TROGARZO® Co‑Pay Assistance Programs
- Explore other financial assistance programs
THERA Field Reimbursement Managers
- Serve as the primary contact for you and your staff
- Answer questions about the THERA patient support® program
- Help address and solve reimbursement challenges
- Educate on payer coverage criteria and policy updates
- Assist with prior authorization and claim denials/appeals
THERA Nurse Navigators
Our professionally trained and experienced THERA patient support® Nurse Navigators are your patients’ dedicated teammate throughout their treatment journey. The THERA Nurse Navigators provide patients enrolled in the THERA patient support® program with personalized one‑on‑one nursing support. THERA Nurse Navigators will:
- Welcome patients into the THERA patient support® program and coordinate phone calls or virtual meetings
- Help patients set realistic treatment goals and expectations
- Facilitate patient adherence through scheduled one‑on‑one touchpoints
- Support answering any product‑related questions
Our THERA Nurse Navigators will partner with you and your patients to ensure a successful treatment journey while on EGRIFTA WRTM, EGRIFTA SV®, or TROGARZO®.
